Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I started taking a Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University Class and tonight is session 4, very excited to share with you all the stuff I've learned. Keep your eyes open for the post. 

Over the weekend I made these beauties, Blackberry Cheesecake Mousse from Snixy Kitchen visit her for lots of great recipes and lovely food pics. Delicious, light, creamy, not too sweet, not too tart, and they look so pretty...and fast. They are the perfect treat, great for a summer BBQ.

If you love almond sugar cookies, this is the perfect recipe for you! They are so delicious and really fun to make. This was my first attempt to make stuffed cookies, I'll definitely be making these again. They would make a great gift for the cherry, almond, or cookie lover in your life. How cute in a gift basket with teas! They have man approval too, my honey took some to work to share...they liked.

The recipe is from love & olive oil. You'll find lots of great recipes and she just came out with an new cookbook called Breakfast for Dinner it's going on my Amazon Wishlist for sure!

I love how long and simple these earrings are, they make a great accent piece to dress up any outfit.

Works perfect...I will be doing this again, great multi use for skinny belts.
