Monday ~ 30 Minute Meal
Red Sauce with shells, garlic bread, sliced apples
This is my favorite red sauce recipe! You can serve it with any noodles, I think I like the shells best it creates little pockets of sauce in the shell. The sauce also freezes well. Make a double or triple batch of the sauce at a time. Then portion out how much sauce you'd need for a dinner and freeze. Next time you plan red sauce and pasta, you can defrost the sauce in the fridge the night before. Day of, you will boil the noodles and warm the sauce. You also can use leftover sauce for calzones or garlic bread pizza later in the week.

Tuesday ~ Slow Cooker Meal, 30 Minute Meal, Rotisserie Chicken Leftovers, Hot Weather Meal
Zesty BBQ chicken sandwiches and corn on the cob (don't you love my unicorn holders!)
This is a good simple BBQ chicken recipe, the zesty is italian dressing in the sauce - Yum! I've actually never tried the slow cooker version, I usually mix the sauce and warm it with leftover shredded rotisserie chicken or boil chicken in water and shred then add it to the sauce. Simmer on the stove in a sauce pan for about 15 minutes. I used the frozen rolls that I like for the buns, but if you do this it will not be a 30 minute meal anymore because of rising time needed for the rolls. I topped the rolls with butter and coarse sea salt.
