The free version includes 11 weather skins, the paid .99 cent version includes 17 skins, no ads, and I don't believe it will have the app name on the picture like the free one.

Another thing I like is you can import a photo from your library so if you have another photo app you like that has cool effects you can take the pic, edit, then pick from your photo library...like I did here, the black and white seemed more appropriate for the sad snowy face pic.
